Our Team

We are pleased to share with you our team members' experiences, education,

training, and passions:

DJ Henn, Founder and Lead Consultant

His references will attest that DJ is an energetic and value driven person who

is committed to exceptional service delivery.  He believes in fiscal responsibility,

goal setting, and performance monitoring.  DJ understands the aspects of

confidentiality, ethical considerations, and the importance of sound, discrete

decisions.  He is objective in his decisions, always considering the

stakeholders’ interests and the goals of the organization as factors.

DJ is a proud graduate of Gonzaga University and every day becomes

more appreciative of the liberal arts education he received. He earned a

bachelor of business administration (management) and a bachelor of arts

(psychology) in 1995.  DJ returned to Gonzaga and earned a master of

business administration (management) in 2003.  He was then, and continues

to be, fascinated with the concepts of organizational change and development.

DJ's past employment experiences include banquet services, retail sales,

commissioned sales, event facilitation, office management, project

management/costing, computer support (user and network), and having

owned and operated three small businesses.  The primary foundation of DJ's

experience, however, stems from the ten years he served in social work.

While assisting families in need, DJ experienced a wide variety of personalities,

behaviors, and situations.  He developed skills in various techniques of

motivation, interviewing, investigation, assessment, negotiation, conflict

resolution, crisis intervention, and goal oriented planning.  Although DJ's

education and most recent experiences are primarily in business, he is still

very much a people person at heart.

DJ and his wife, Amy, have been married for 17 years, have four children,

and raise their family with a firm belief in family values, honesty, integrity,

education, and self-awareness.

"I have come to believe that management is more of a profession than it is an

occupation.  As professional managers and leaders, we must continue to study,

develop, and critique ourselves in order to be effective in our roles."  - DJ Henn

Our Network of Consultants, The rest of the team...

Acrucis consultants are professionals who are seeking to share their

experience, knowledge, or skills outside of their current employment in

exchange for personal, professional, or financial growth.  Our consulting

team, when utilized, will be presented with an anonymous "case study" of

our client's challenge.  The consulting team will discuss the situation,

options, and recommended path(s) with a lead consultant.  The lead

consultant will then present the findings and recommendation(s) to our

client.  When our client decides on the path to take, Acrucis will help with

the implementation of the plan.

Depending on the client, situation, service, or level of involvement, our

consultants may choose to remain confidential to the client or may become

actively involved in the implementation of the service or plan.   All consultants

chosen for a case study will be chosen with the highest ethical consideration

to avoid any potential for direct competition, inside trading, and/or conflict of

interests.
